Charles Dinkel
Co-Founder · Logistics & SupportXuân’s husband and co-founder. Charles supports the business behind the scenes — bookkeeping, logistics, scheduling, and partner coordination — and serves as the bridge to American and European partners. An entrepreneur and writer by background, he handles the details so Xuân can lead and create.
Rosie
The Prodigy · Namesake & Chief InspirationThe company’s young namesake — the “Rosie” in Xuan Rosie — and its smallest, fiercest inspiration. A prodigy-in-training whose title is negotiable and whose nap schedule is not. Quality control, morale, and surprise cameos.
